We started because Chattanooga deserved better

Ascent Plumbing was founded in 2012 by Marcus and Diane Webb — a plumber and a scheduler who saw too many homeowners getting overcharged, strung along, or left with sloppy work they had to call someone else to fix.

The name Ascent came from a simple idea: every job is an opportunity to do better than the last one. Better work, better communication, better results for the families we serve across Hamilton County.

Twelve years later, that hasn't changed. We're still a local crew that shows up on time, gives you a straight price before we start, and leaves the jobsite cleaner than we found it.
